Dan’s Testimonial

Daniel Betancur helping a client get permitted right the first time.

As a Health Inspector and consultant, I’ve had the opportunity in assisting hundreds of clients in permitting their recently purchased Mobile Food Units, which has been very satisfying.

However, I have had the unfortunate task and responsibility of informing many clients that the Mobile Food Unit they have spent most of their savings on would not be permittable or would require significant modifications that would be expensive and time consuming, which has been disappointing to the client and myself.

I truly believe that by providing clients with the information and knowledge I have gained as a Health Inspector and Consultant, in regards to Federal, State and local regulations, I can assist the clients in making well informed decisions when purchasing and permitting their Mobile Food Unit.
